# About this site and its operator

Last updated 21 Oct 2026

This is the official reviews site of Prepclass. Prepclass runs it itself, so it is not an independent review platform: it is where Prepclass publishes what its users say about it, low ratings included.

## Site operator

**Operator** Okiro Education, Inc., the company behind Prepclass

**Founder** Jakub Andre

**Contact** Our [contact form](/report-content#contact-form). It is the only way to reach us about this site, and a person answers.

**Language** English

## What this site does

Reviews are by personal invitation. We share a private review link with our users ourselves, and a person on our team confirms each reviewer by hand before the review is published. We publish every review that follows the [review guidelines](/review-guidelines), whatever the rating, newest first, and we reply to reviews, including critical ones. How the checks work is on [How we verify reviews](/how-we-verify).

## How this site is paid for

Prepclass pays for this site. Nobody pays to have a review published, changed or removed, and we never pay or reward anyone for writing one.

## Reporting a review

If you believe a review is illegal or breaks the guidelines, see [Report a review](/report-content). Privacy for reviewers is explained on [Privacy](/privacy).
