Report a review or contact us

Use this form to report a review that you believe is illegal or breaks our review guidelines, to make a request about your personal data, or for anything else about this site. It is the only way to reach us, and a person answers.

What happens after a report

• We confirm that we have received your report, and a person reviews it carefully and objectively. We don't use automated decisions.
• We tell you our decision and how to ask us to look at it again.
• If we restrict the review, we tell its author what we did and why, whether it followed a report, and how they can ask us to look again. We share your identity with the author only if this is strictly necessary.

If you are mentioned in a review

If a review names you or includes your personal information, for example as another student, a family member or a tutor outside their role at Prepclass, tell us. We remove the part that identifies you.

If you think a review is false about you or your business

Tell us exactly which statement is false and why. Before we decide, we may ask the reviewer for their side. We don't remove reviews simply because they mention another company.

Threats to life or safety

If a review suggests that someone's life or safety is at risk, we promptly inform the police or other competent authorities.

If you disagree with our decision

Reply to our decision email within 6 months and we will look at it again. You can also go to court. If you are in the EU, you can complain to the Digital Services Coordinator in your country.
